An Event for Those Shaping the Future of Sustainable Construction
On 13 May 2026 at 9.00 AM, Syxis will take center stage at the VILNIUS TECH Sustainability Hub in Vilnius with an international conference dedicated to the future of the built environment and the opportunities offered by European funding programmes.
The event, titled “From Sustainability to Funded Innovation: Matchmaking for the Next Generation of EU-Funded Projects in the Built Environment”, will bring together companies, researchers, universities, professionals and innovation stakeholders interested in developing new European projects in the fields of construction, infrastructure and sustainability.
Why This Event Matters
The built environment sector is undergoing a profound transformation. New challenges related to sustainability, energy transition, circular economy and digitalisation are changing the way buildings and infrastructure are designed, constructed and managed.
In this context, Built4People and the New European Bauhaus are becoming essential to support innovative ideas and foster international collaboration.
The conference organised by Syxis with the collaboration of VILNIUS TECH and with the participation of NCP and Research Council of Lithuania, has been created precisely to connect companies, research centres and stakeholders, offering a concrete space where ideas and needs can be transformed into fundable European projects.
